What is the difference between scalp hair and body hair?
Body hair is different from scalp hair. It is usually thinner, curls more and does not grow as long as scalp hair. The question then is: does it make sense to move body hair? Yes, when the body hairs are transplanted, the hairs take on the characteristics of that part of the body.
For example, when chest hair is moved to the head, it takes on all the properties of scalp hair over time. This makes it possible to transplant body hair.
Hair can be transplanted from the arms, chest, legs, abdomen, back, armpits or face. Sometimes even beard hairs can be used.

Each hair should be transplanted according to the natural growth direction of the body hair. To get an even and full look of the body hair, the hairs should also be placed very tightly together.
To ensure that there are no scars on both the recipient’s head and body, small needles are used to remove the donor’s hair follicles.
