What is donor hair?

During a hair transplant, hair is moved from an area that is rich in hair to the area where better hair growth is desired. The hair that is moved usually comes from the back of the head. If the back does not contain enough hair for the transplant, other parts of the body are looked at. The breast is a good candidate for using those hairs as a donor for the transplant.
